What is Contact Improvisation?
Fluid, improvised safe movement with another person. A wonderful blend of Yoga, Tai-Chi, Acrobatics and Massage, with a partner, all made up on the spot.
In this workshop I will go over all the basics you need to know to dive into this amazing artform.
What is Ecstatic Dance?
A free-forum group dance practice where the invitation is to move however you want to, so long as you honor yourself, others and the space.
