REFIT® is more than a workout—it is a chance to move your body, lift your spirit, and connect with others in a positive environment.

Join us on Tuesdays and every third Saturday. Classes are free and open to everyone.

Children are welcome as long as they are willing to participate and can do so without causing a distraction.
