Give yourself the opportunity to slow down intentionally, ground, and breathe. Inspired by the pace of Tai Chi and the creativity of Nia, this slow meditative flow invites you to explore and refine mobility, stability, focus, and patience—finding more spaciousness and quiet within.
SloMo is a new modality created by Sarit Sela, a Nia 1st Degree Black Belt instructor passionate about sensory movement and mindfulness.
