Art and Mindfulness at the Harn Museum of Art

Sat 28 Feb 2026, 10-11 am. Three Centers Sound Meditation with Kim Holton. This series of guided meditations is inspired by art in the Harn collections and led by expert facilitators with years of experience. Take a break from your regular schedule to slow down, experience stillness, and re-charge. Forty-five minutes of guided meditation is followed by an art spotlight tour. This session will facilitate connection with, and integration of, the three centers of intelligence—body, heart, and mind—through a meditation guided by sound. Join us in a practice to support inner balance and connection. Bring a mat or blanket if you would like to lie down. Facilitator: Kim Holton is an Instructional Associate Professor in the Department of Health Education & Behavior in the College of Health and Human Performance at the University of Florida.
