This joyful, expressive movement class blends dance, martial arts, and healing arts to awaken strength, balance, and creativity. Come sweat, stretch, and move to music that moves you. No experience needed. Expect uplifting music, accessible choreography, and space to move in your own way. Open to everybody. The session is led by Sarit Sela, a First Degree Black Belt Nia instructor who has been sharing her love of Nia in Gainesville since 2011.
