The FloorPlay series is all about exploring the art of floor work and making it your own. In this series, we will break down foundational floor moves like rollovers, candlesticks, and smooth transitions, giving you the tools to play, experiment, and infuse your unique style into each move. Instead of focusing on choreography, you will have the freedom to discover how these movements flow naturally in your body. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their freestyles and build confidence on the floor.
Level:
This series is for all levels but not for the absolutely beginner. Modifications will be provided for upper and lower level students. It is recommended that you have taken at least a couple of Level 1 classes prior to signing up for this class.
What to bring:
1. No lotion or jewelry.
